Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate business, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, customer-service, and legal requirements.
Order and transaction records may need to be retained even after an account-deletion or privacy-erasure request. Where applicable, information that is not required to be retained may be deleted or anonymized.
