Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase from Artistic Turtle. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Overview

Our refunds and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads, including e-books or guides
  • Custom or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you have already done that and still have not received it, contact us at support@artisticturtle.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email support@artisticturtle.com before sending anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, please contact us first at support@artisticturtle.com. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
