1) Orders & Pricing
- Many Artistic Turtle products are handmade, individually created, or produced in small quantities. Natural variations in materials, color, grain, finish, artwork, and appearance may occur and are part of the character of these items.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Obvious pricing or listing errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be canceled or refunded.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, or listing errors.
2) Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship physical products to addresses within the United States. Processing times, shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility, and delivery information are described on our Shipping & Delivery page.
3) Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements, and damaged-order procedures are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Unless a return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4) Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Standard made-to-order items are generally eligible for return under our normal return conditions unless the applicable product page states otherwise.
Items created specifically with custom or personalized details are generally non-returnable except when damaged, defective, or incorrect. Custom work may require additional information or approval before production begins.
5) Payments & Taxes
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards and supported digital wallet options. Payments are handled through secure third-party payment services.
Product prices are displayed before applicable sales tax. Where tax applies, it is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable tax rules.
6) Checkout
Artistic Turtle currently allows customers to complete purchases using guest checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when placing an order.
7) Intellectual Property
Site content, product photographs, original artwork, designs, written content, logos, trademarks, and other creative materials are owned by Artistic Turtle or the applicable maker, artist, author, or rights holder and are protected by applicable law.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit, or resell site content without permission from the applicable rights holder.
8) Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, interfere with normal operation, or access systems or information without authorization.
- Do not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes.
9) Privacy & Cookies
Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10) Warranties & Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artistic Turtle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
11) Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
