1) Orders & Pricing

  • All products are handmade; small variations in color, grain, finish, and appearance are normal.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Obvious pricing errors may be canceled or refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, or inventory errors.

2) Shipping & Delivery

Processing times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates are outlined on our Shipping and Delivery page.

3) Returns & Refunds

Our policy and instructions are available on the Refunds & Returns page. You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

4) Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require approval of proofs or photos and may be non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.

5) Payments & Taxes

We accept major credit and debit cards, along with certain supported digital wallet options, through secure third-party payment processors. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

6) Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7) Intellectual Property

All content, designs, product photos, artwork, copy, logos, and trademarks on this site are owned by Artistic Turtle or its artists and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute site content without prior written permission.

8) Acceptable Use

  • No attempts to disrupt the site, scrape content, bypass security, or interfere with normal operation.
  • No use of the site for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

10) Warranties & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
