To submit a request, email support@artisticturtle.com with the subject line CPRA Opt-Out Request and include the following information:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your state or region of residence
• Your order number, if applicable
• Whether your request is to opt out of selling, sharing, or both

Identity Verification

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before completing your request. If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on someone else’s behalf, we may ask for proof of authorization.

Response Timing

We will review and respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law, generally within 45 days.
