1) Orders & Pricing

  • All products are handmade; small variations in color, grain, or finish are normal.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Obvious pricing errors may be canceled or refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud or inventory issues).

2) Shipping & Delivery

Processing times, carriers, and delivery estimates are outlined on our Shipping and Delivery page.

3) Returns & Refunds

Our policy and instructions are available on the Refunds & Returns page. You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

4) Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom pieces may require approval of proofs/photos and may be non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.

5) Payments & Taxes

We accept major cards and digital wallets via secure processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

6) Accounts

Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All content, designs, product photos, artwork, copy, and trademarks on this site are owned by Artistic Turtle or its artists and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, resell, or distribute content without prior written permission.
