Every piece at Artistic Turtle is handmade and packed by the artist. Below is how we process, ship, and track your order.

Where We Ship From

Orders ship from our studios in Oregon and Arizona. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your label is created.

Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship items: usually leave the studio in 1–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order & custom pieces: typically ship in 3–7 business days (we’ll email if we need a little more time for finishing/curing).

Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Weather and carrier volumes may add transit time once the package is en route.

Carriers & Methods

We primarily use USPS and UPS. The best option will be shown at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Rates & Checkout

  • Real-time rates: calculated at checkout based on weight, box size, and destination.
  • Combined orders: when possible, we’ll pack items together to save on shipping.
  • Oversize/heavy items (e.g., framed canvases, flags): may incur additional packaging and carrier surcharges shown at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking email: sent automatically when your label is created.
  • Address accuracy: please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we’re unable to reroute once shipped.
  • Marked delivered but not received: check with household members and neighbors first, then contact your local carrier office with the tracking number. If you still need help, email us at support@artisticturtle.com.

Packaging & Protection

We use sturdy boxes, corner protection for framed art, and eco-minded cushioning where possible. Art surfaces are protected with paper and sleeves; wood finishes are fully cured before packing.

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, email support@artisticturtle.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the box (inside & outside) and the item
  • A short description of the damage

We’ll review and make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund per our Refunds & Returns Policy.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., contact us and we’ll check options and a quote for your destination.
