Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Artistic Turtle. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle refunds and returns.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads (e.g., e-books, guides)
  • Custom or personalized items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company. Processing times vary. If you’ve confirmed with them and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@artisticturtle.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email support@artisticturtle.com before mailing your item.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

If returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
